The situation

Verity Home stopped trading in 2022 with 71% aided recognition among buyers over forty and no route to market. The IP was days from being abandoned in the wind-down.

What we did

We acquired the trademark portfolio, the archive and the domain estate for $12M, then spent seven months finding two manufacturers who could hold the quality the name implied.

The licensing programme was built around a single category — cookware — before extending. A dormant brand can only be relaunched once.

The outcome

Back on shelf in 3,400 doors within eighteen months. Royalties run at $9M a year against a $12M basis, and two adjacent categories launch next season.
